Every employee at Mennel has their own "Flour Power." It's the value they add in their job and the role they play as part of our larger team.
Our team members are living and breathing examples of the Mennel Mission and our company values of quality, uniformity and service.
The Video:
Creating a video that showcased the significant impact of the work we do here at Mennel was our goal. After many months of brainstorming and discussion, we knew exactly what we wanted to "show and tell" the world about our amazing products, processes and people. We also hoped the video would serve as a reminder to our employees, and most valuable assets, about how critical our products and services truly are.

We couldn't have done it without you.
Although we can't include the faces of each of our 800 team members, and still keep the video to 3 minutes, you will see we worked really hard to highlight the many different roles our team members play as well as ensure all divisions were represented across the company.
We hope you will take pride in the story this video tells about the impact of the jobs we perform each and every day to help feed the world.

Fun Fact ... A throwback to the original Flower Power phrase you may recall being popular in the 70's, Mennel's unique "Flour Power" concept stemmed from a conversation about having our own Mennel wave. You know, like Jeep people have their "rubber ducks" and Bikers have their "two fingers down" gesture, Mennel employees can now greet their colleagues with our own special Mennel "Flour Power" wave (Hint: Not the one you can get yourself into trouble with).
So whether you're driving down the road or passing a coworker in the hallway, put up your best "Flour Power" wave and bring a smile to their face.
