In 2005, we invested in a new state-of-the-art flour mill to expand our soft wheat and organic wheat milling operations. The Bucyrus Flour Mill is highly automated and runs "lights out" 8 hours a day, which helps us to run cost effectively and responsive to our customers immediate needs.

Our dedicated workforce works an alternative high performance work system. This crew rotation is key to providing better work life balance and helps us to keep up with custom flour orders too.
