Mennel Promotes Bake for Family Fun Month
February 2, 2024
National Bake for Family Fun Month is celebrated annually in February. The goal is to encourage families to spend time together in the kitchen.
Baking is not just a fun activity, it’s also a valuable life skill that helps prepare children for the future. Kitchen activities not only help develop a child’s creativity, but gives them experience following instructions, measuring ingredients, and learning basic kitchen safety. Additionally, baking provides an excellent opportunity for children to bond with their family and friends and develop a love for cooking that will last a lifetime.
The Mennel Engagement Team (MET) is helping to create awareness and recognize employees during Bake for Family Fun Month. Employees were encouraged to submit their favorite flour-based recipe, quote, or meme. Be sure to follow us on Mennel Milling (@mennelflourpower) • Instagram photos and videos for fun flour content.
