Bake for Family Fun Month - Nutritional Bread Recipe

The Home Baking Association (HBA) has designated February as "Bake for Family Fun Month" to help foster a love for baking amongst families and educators across the country.
The Mennel Milling Company is celebrating this important milestone by sharing delicious recipes from our family of employees.
Whether you're an experienced baker or just getting started, National Bake for Family Fun Month is a great time to share the experience of cooking and baking others, especially children. So warm up the home and bring your family and friends together with some new recipes, like this one from our Fostoria Flour Mill Quality Assurance Manager, Shuping Yan.
“I bake this bread often at home. When I bake or steam at home, I really do not follow the recipe and steps, which I describe above, because I just follow my experience. I hope others enjoy it as much as I do. My Chinese friends like the bread very much. It is high in fiber, protein, omega-3 fatty acid as well as calcium (whole milk and almond) – that’s why I call it nutritional bread.”
