Mennel's Fostoria Flour Mill Featured in Quarterly Milling Journal Magazine

The Mennel Milling Company is well-known for providing high-quality flour for more than 130 years; however, the company's hard and spring wheat mill expansion in Fostoria, Ohio has recently caught the attention of many in the agri-food industry.

Mennel began construction on a new, state-of-the-art flour mill on our Fostoria, Ohio campus in February 2017. In May 2018, the "D Mill" project was completed as part of an investment to expand hard and spring wheat milling operations company wide.

Expanding our flour production capabilities is just one more way we're working to meet the needs of our customers. With the addition of bakery mix to our growing portfolio of products, this new mill will help support the demand we are seeing for hard and spring wheat flour varieties. Like many of Mennel's flour mills, the "D Mill" in Fostoria is fully-automated and utilizes advanced technology. Your Hard and Spring Wheat Connection

In 2018, Mennel invested in a state-of-the-art mill dedicated to Hard and Spring Wheat. The new mill is capable of producing 10,000 cwts per day and represents the company’s largest mill expansion to date.
