Mennel Announces Plans for Hard and Spring Wheat Mill in Fostoria

Earlier this year, The Mennel Milling Company began construction on a new, state-of-the-art flour mill on our Fostoria, Ohio campus. The "D Mill" project is part of a $50 million investment to expand Hard and Spring Wheat milling operations company wide.
Expanding our flour production capabilities is just one more way we're working to meet the needs of our customers. With the addition of bakery mix to our growing portfolio of products, this new mill will help support the demand we are seeing for hard and spring wheat flour varieties.

Like many of Mennel's flour mills, the new mill in Fostoria will be fully-automated and utilize advanced technology. Mennel strives for operational excellence and is committed to reliably delivering superior quality, uniformity and service through strategic investments in our products, processes and people.
Additionally, Mennel's "D Mill" project will create approximately 20 new positions. A hiring event will be held in December in Fostoria.
