We may be one of the largest bakery mix facilities around, but honestly we are more proud of the quality of our mixes. We source only the finest ingredients and carefully blend them with our own flour. Our commitment doesn't end there either. We are also equipped to store and deliver the final product so it's available when you need it.

Previously owned by General Mills, Inc., Mennel acquired the Martel plant in 2016 to expand services into the bakery mix and foodservice industry. Martel is the largest volume dry mix facility in North America.
