In 2007, we invested in a new state-of-the-art flour mill to expand our soft, hard and spring wheat milling operations. The Roanoke Flour Mill is highly automated and technologically advanced, which helps us be responsive to our customer's immediate needs.

Our dedicated workforce works an alternative high performance work system. This four-crew rotation is key to providing better work life balance for our employees. It also helps us to keep up with custom flour orders.
