Mennel Honored as 2024 Vendor of the Year by Church's Chicken

The Mennel Milling Company received the 2024 Vendor of the Year Award at the Church's Chicken Americas Conference & Vendor Expo on September 24 in Dallas, Texas.
According to Church’s, Mennel’s overall product quality, efficient approval process, and capability of producing orders on short notice as some of the main reasons for recognizing the Mennel team and Newton plant.
Amy Mason, Director of Packaged Products Sales, accepted the award on behalf of the Mennel team. “I was honored to be recognized by our partners at Church's Chicken," said Mason. "We have an incredible team that recognizes the importance of maintaining Church's reputation and the role they play in bringing folks together to enjoy their famous fried chicken and honey-butter biscuits."
On November 13, an award recognition luncheon was held at Mennel Milling & Bakery Mix - Newton, NC.
Rob Walston, Plant Manager, Mennel Milling & Bakery Mix - Newton, NC addressed the Newton team and corporate partners at the luncheon. “I know how hard everyone has been working to produce high-quality products and efficiently get them out the door for this new customer. Thank you again for all you do to help feed the world and make Mennel a great place to work.”
In addition, Mennel Newton employees received a special gift in recognition of the award and the team’s efforts to provide exceptional biscuit mix and service to our partners at Church’s Texas Chicken.
