Mennel's Supercake Flour is a one-of-a-kind low ash bleached flour.
It's one of our most-popular cake grade flours. All of Mennel's cake grade flours are milled to ensure a low protein and low ash recipe. The fluffy bleached white flour is best used for products that require multiple traits, especially a tender and soft texture. Our Supercake Flour is also strong enough to keep it's structure even after coming out of the oven.
